Anthony Panayiotou
I spent 18 years in a government front-facing operations role, where I learned how to stay organised, handle pressure, and deal with all sorts of situations. For the past six years, I’ve been fully focused on property management and investment—looking after a range of property projects and growing my own portfolio, and helping people get the most from their investments. I’m hands-on, proactive, and genuinely passionate about keeping project running smoothly.
Outside of work, I compete in triathlons, which sums up my mindset—consistent, driven, and always pushing to improve.

Alex Kite
I spent 15 years as an engineer, honing my skills in precision, problem-solving, and innovation. Over the past decade, I’ve built a thriving multimillion-pound property portfolio through large HMOs, blending my passion for building and renovation with a hands-on approach. I’ve even built and renovated my own home. Outside of work, I’m a proud father of three, driven by a love for property, construction, and pushing my limits—both in business and in sport, as I challenge myself to always improve.
